Kira realizes that one of Bashir's
patients is a Cardassian slave labor overseer who was
stationed on Bajor. Kira places him under arrest. Under
questioning, the Cardassian suddenly proclaims himself to be
the man who authorized the genocidal killings of Bajorans.
