When Klingon ships start stopping ships
leaving Bajoran space to search them for Changelings, Sisko
calls on the aid of Lt. Commander Worf. Worf learns that the
Klingons plan to invade Cardassia on the suspicion that the
new civilian government is run by the Founders.
